Raised in Northern Virginia, Nadia is deeply connected to and knowledgeable about the area’s most prestigious communities. She grew up in Great Falls, Virginia, and attended Langley High School, in McLean, Virginia.
Nadia holds a degree in marketing from James Madison University with a minor in communications and philosophy. She leverages this expertise to launch cutting-edge marketing campaigns, drawing the most attention from qualified home buyers to her clients’ properties and ensuring a fast, successful sale. Her top-of-the-line marketing abilities have been a major driver of her stellar sales record as a listing agent.
By working as a team with her family, Nadia got an early start in real estate. She quickly developed knowledge and experience regarding every aspect of the real estate business: property acquisitions, renovations, design, flipping, rentals, and property management. Her family collectively owns 45 income-producing rentals in Virginia and several large developments in the US and Canada.
Nadia obtained her real estate license in 2014. She’s licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC.


Nadia lives in Northern Virginia with her Yorkshire Terrier, Bo.
Italian and Mediterranean cuisines are her favorites to eat and cook, and Fiola is one of her favorite restaurants in the DMV. When she’s not helping clients, Nadia enjoys the world-class culture and natural beauty that the area has to offer: hiking, attending concerts and viewing art exhibits. Her other pastimes include reading and traveling.
